This study investigates the feasibility and potential benefits of the Callisto™ Sample Prep System for a clinical setting using an established commercial library preparation method for PCR-free WGS. The overall quality of libraries prepared at half scale on the Volta Labs platform matched or exceeded that achieved with the full-scale manual protocol.
